Step 1
At the time of signature of any sales agreement the client and Philanthro Capital Realty will select a community organization to receive a donation.
Step 2
Upon opening escrow the escrow company will have the name of a recipient organization and the amount to be donated.
Step 3
At close of escrow the escrow company will disburse the related funds.
Step 4
The recipient of the donation will send a thank you letter to the home buyer or seller to confirm receipt of the donation.
