My Story
Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Simi Valley, California, my career has always centered on business, negotiation, and service to others.
In 2001, I registered the domain UrbanBright.org with a dream of building a nest egg to launch a nonprofit. That vision evolved over the years into a deeper calling: a livelihood where success and giving back are inseparable.
While exploring philanthropy, I discovered the concept of philanthrocapitalism, and it resonated deeply. This inspired a mindset shift and a clear plan: transition to residential real estate with a commitment to tie every transaction to meaningful local causes in a fully transparent way.
Today, I'm pleased to lead Philanthro Capital Realty, a creative, for-profit brokerage infused with a philanthropic mission that directly benefits our community.
I live in Woodland Hills with my wife, Estee. Our son, Austin, graduated college at UCSB and presently pursues a culinary arts career.

With over two decades in real estate, I bring proven negotiation skills to help sellers maximize their home's value and net proceeds.
• Residential Real Estate: Active California broker (license since 2014; agent since 2004) specializing in listings. Personal experience buying, selling, and managing single-family rental properties.
• Commercial Leasing Expertise: Represented landlords and tenants across 900,000+ sq ft in the San Fernando Valley and multi-state tenant rep for regional/national brands in: California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Massachusetts.
• Early Career in Public Service: Former Paramedic and Reserve Firefighter with Ventura County Fire Department; leadership roles in emergency medical services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) – California State University, Northridge
• Paramedic Training – Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital, Inglewood
My Free Time
I enjoy riding motorcycles along the coast, through canyons, and off-road. Hiking, snow skiing, film and concerts are favorites too, but nothing beats playing a vintage acoustic guitar.
